My name is Alex Legenhausen!
I have been a personal trainer for the last three years. In this time I have worked with over 100 people from all levels of experience, backgrounds and abilities.
I specialize in working with seniors who want to build strength, mobility, and balance to maintain your health as you age. While I do specialize in this I do work with people of all backgrounds get fitter and stronger.

Our training sessions together are scheduled for 50 minutes. I save the last 10 minutes for scheduling, payment, debrief and feedback. I always will ask for feedback so I can better tailor the workouts to your needs.
I train out of Boss Barbell Club located in 241 Polaris Avenue, Mountain View. This is a small, family run gym owned by world famous powerlifter Dan Green.
This environment is great for personal, highly focused training. No huge crowds, no waiting for equipment, nothing stopping you from getting the focused, mindful attention you need.

I am committed to your needs and very flexible to your unique goals! Together we will figure out what exercises, stretches, and methods work best for you.
Once we establish our routine, together we can make an individualized program for you to follow when you workout by yourself with check in’s in help you stay consistent and accountable.
